As the partner to the Forest Preserves of Cook County, the Forest Preserve Foundation protects and restores the treasured habitat of the forest preserves and enhances outdoor experiences for all communities.
The Forest Preserve Foundation enlisted our expertise to energize board recruitment and guide the board in working as a team to identify new prospective donors and boost donor outreach initiatives.
Working side by side with the board, we helped them identify new donor possibilities, brainstorm fresh, meaningful ways to connect with prospects. We provided new messaging tools and hands on elevator pitch workshops, and refreshed the current committee structure to better serve the organization’s evolving priorities.
We empowered the board to approach fundraising with renewed confidence and tools, and helped expand the number of board members by one third. Working in collaboration with board leaders, we designed new models for cultivation events that engaged 200 high-potential prospects and continues to fuel both donors and board growth.
